Hardware is hard.
Electronics is harder.
Not anymore.

From a simple conversation to a
manufacturable board.

  1. Describe the board

Explain what you want the board to do.

  2. Clairfy your requirements

siliXon chats with you along the way to help you figure out what you want the board to look like.

  3. Generate your electronics in minutes.

Our system determines the best combination and placement of components on the board. Components are cross checked for availability and compatibility.

  4. Send off to the manufacturer

Your board passes all of our checks underneath the hood and looks good? Sick. Time to get the PCB in your hands.

Built for anyone.
Regardless of experience.

01: New to electronics

You do not need to know what goes on the board.

We've built the product to allow anyone to create their own electronics without needing to understand the intricacies of electronics design. We know it's hard, so our system takes care of adding the right components to make sure our board works

“I want something that buzzes when I leave the freezer door open.”
02: Electronics wizz

Iterate on your board quickly. Make sure that you only need to manufacture once.

The more specific you are with your prompt, the better the final result. Prompt our system with exact components, communication protocols, size.

“Design a compact motor-driver board using an ESP32-S3 that drives a brushed DC motor through a H-bridge. The board is powered by a 1S LiPo with USB-C for both charging (via a charger IC with power-path management) and direct operation. Board dimensions must be no bigger than 45 × 35 mm.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know PCB design?

Not necessary, all you need is creativity and what the electronics should roughly do. Our system holds your hand along the way to get a circuit you want.

What can I build with siliXon right now?

As siliXon is in early beta, we allow our users to create 2-layer boards. We encourage users to play with mostly digital designs, as we have limited analogue circuit capabilities.

Can I edit the board after it is generated?

Yes. The board remains visible and editable in 2D and 3D. You can move parts, draw or remove traces, add vias and revise the design through conversation.

Who owns the design when I use the platform?

You own the design. We provide you with all the necessary files to manufacture your board, including any downloadable files.

Can I actually manufacture my circuits?

While we run physics checks in the background, the system is only in its beta stage. We cannot accept responsibility for non-wortking boards, and so we advise checking the board thoroughly before manufacturing.

How can I be sure it's not just another "AI slop" software?

Although we use some AI in our pipeline to speed up processing significantly, most of the product is built on top of sound, electronic engineering principles. Every component on the board exists on the market, and we check each board passes our physics and manufacturing tests before sending off to the manufacturer.
