The PCB, not a plan
siliXon generates the board layout instead of stopping at a wiring diagram.
Blueprint.io gives you a very nice plan: a shopping list of off-the-shelf modules with sourcing links, a wiring diagram, assembly steps and a 3D render of how it might look. You still order the parts, wire them together and build the thing yourself, and there is no custom PCB at the end of it. siliXon designs the board itself: real parts, a schematic, a placed and routed layout you can edit in 2D and 3D, and the files a fab needs to manufacture it.

Time to a prototype
From an idea to a board you can send to a fab, on one scale from zero. Estimates for someone new to each tool.
siliXon generates the board layout instead of stopping at a wiring diagram.
Inspect and change parts, traces and vias in 2D and 3D.
Export Gerbers, drill files, a BOM and pick-and-place data for real, available parts.

So far creating my first project for 10 min - onboarding seems quite smooth
I like the self validation and how it explains everything too, makes it easier for me to quickly cross reference and learn on the go
Response is very meaningful, I like how it asks you questions to verify and gives you the options to choose the answers with the recommended on the one it thinks is a better option
Good so far. It is helpful and gives me advice
I have to say I love the UI and UX, the front end is really fun to interact with, with the little dynamic touches etc
Super helpful and easy to use
Really good actually better than Flux ai
Blueprint.io produces a build plan: parts, wiring, instructions and a render. siliXon produces the PCB and its fab files.
Its public FAQ does not describe PCB layout or fab files, and says manufacturing is not available yet.
siliXon, when you need an editable PCB with real parts and a full fab package.
Yes. Plan the wider build in Blueprint.io and design its custom board in siliXon.
